Awareness Insight Meditation Teacher Training (1:1 Mentorship Program)
SOMM 800 HR Registered Meditation Teacher L2
Learn to teach meditation through a deeply personalised, mentor-guided journey.
Traditionally, meditation was passed down in a mentor–mentee style—through direct transmission, individual guidance, and lived experience. Our Awareness Insight Meditation Teacher Training honours this lineage with a modern approach, offering a 1:1 mentorship model led by SOMM Founder and Program Director, Claire Robbie.
This training is designed for those who have had a consistent meditation practice for several years and now feel called to go deeper—into both their own inner work and the art of effectively sharing this powerful practice with others.
The course includes eight comprehensive modules blending theory, personal practice, and hands-on teaching guidance. You'll be supported throughout by Claire and other certified and experienced SOMM Teachers, allowing for a rich and nuanced learning experience.
This mentorship-based format allows you to move at your own pace, with space for integration, reflection, and refinement—making it a truly bespoke training pathway.
If you're curious to explore whether this program is right for you, ’d love to hear from you. Get in touch with Claire.
Reset Your Relationship With Alcohol
A six-month meditation-based, personalised program
This program is designed for those who feel a quiet (or loud) inner nudge that something needs to shift. Rooted in Awareness Insight Meditation and informed by Compassionate Inquiry, and Internal Family Systems, this is not about shame, willpower, or quick fixes. It's about cultivating awareness, compassion, and curiosity.
Across six months with Claire you'll explore the deeper layers beneath your drinking habits, reconnect with your body and mind, and reframe your relationship with alcohol—not through force, but through presence and understanding.
This is also a suitable support program for those who are transitioning from a recovery or rehabilitation centre and need additional accountability and tools.
